Our partnerships today

Number Eight( Tamworth) has become very experienced at working with other organisations and agencies both freely and contractually.

We enjoy close ties with local charity Homestart (Tamworth), benefiting from years of working together. We are pleased to work with Tamworth Community Advice Network CIC (TamworthCAN) and are keen to build up the valuable work in the community which we can do via a strong partnership approach. This enables our residents to obtain any additional financial and debt advice needed, key to their journey into self-sufficiency when they leave our care.

Other organisations include Tamworth Community Together CIC, Soroptimists International of Tamworth and local Rotary Clubs.

We are also pleased to work very closely with statutory organisations such as Tamworth Borough Council, Staffordshire County Council, Staffordshire Social Services as well as Staffordshire Police and Fire services and South Staffordshire College.

Number Eight (Tamworth) is also always on the lookout to broaden its outlook by investigating potential partnerships which will enhance its main outlook to alleviate stress and other problems encountered by young families in the area. This may include such things as housing, finances, welfare, loneliness, stress, health or a combination of these.
